This donation-based family yoga class will be held on the last Sunday of every month at Sangha Studio North. We will have a fun and engaging class that combines breathing, poses, games, and relaxation exercises as we continue to build our community!
This training equips you with the basic principles and tools needed to effectively teach yoga to teenagers. You will study the internal and external changes in teenagers, and how changes can alter the teens’ yoga experience. Emphasis is placed on learning how to read and relate to teens through understanding adolescent development, anatomy, physiology, and learning domains. From this transformational training, you will emerge with the ability to effectively shift teaching practices to connect with teens.
This Yoga Ed. certified training equips you with the basic principles and tools needed to effectively teach children’s yoga. You will learn yoga techniques to promote children’s physical, mental, and emotional health. Emphasis is placed on learning how to read and relate to children, through understanding child development, anatomy, physiology, and learning domains. From this transformational training, you will emerge with the ability to effectively tailor yoga classes to meet children’s varying needs.
Yoga has the power to transform. ProjectOM will have one million yogis practicing in 1000 locations to help save lives from breast cancer. All proceeds go to Susan G. Komen. Please join in this effort by coming for a donation-based family yoga class open to all ages.
Our engaging yoga class provides students with tools that will serve them for a lifetime of wellbeing. In a supportive community environment, students learn breathing exercises, yoga poses, group games, and relaxation. This program helps youth reduce stress, improve self image, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthy habits while having fun!

Do you have a passion for working with children? Join Kate Hudspeth to learn more about sharing yoga with the youth in your life! In this workshop, we will discuss the benefits of children’s yoga, class structure, developmental changes, and classroom management techniques. Participants will leave with an understanding of breathing techniques, yoga poses, group activities, mindfulness, and relaxation exercises. No prior teaching or yoga experience required - just a desire to share the power of yoga with children.
